I use Dreamweaver and TextPad. Dreamweaver for it's WYSIWYG feature and common UI and integration with Fireworks and Flash.

I used to use Dreamweaver, in fact I have the latest and greatest version of it but I discovered that it is notorious for adding "stuff" to the html like Micro$ does. Macromedia bought out Homesite which was a GREAT program editor and I still use it for some stuff like External File Searches but they more or less dumped it in favor of adding more junk to Dreamweaver. I use multiple program editors but my main one is UltraStudio and WeBuilder as my second preference if Homesite isn't running on my system.
