Backlink, Pagerank & Alexa Script

This handy little script is powered with php, CSS and Javascript to provide a small lightweight tool to check a sites Pagerank, Backlinks and Alexa rank.

It's template driven and easy to intergrate in to an existing webpage. Simply unzip to your desktop and upload all files keeping their structure the same. That's it, no config file to edit.. Nothing, and the whole Zip file is only 6kb!

The average backlink part doesn't work so well

although google pagreank and alexa rank are fantastic.

I'd advise stripping the average backlink section

Feel free to modify the backlinks code in /php/rank.class.php

The way it works is it fetches the backlink numbers from Google, Yahoo, MSN, AltaVista and AllTheWeb then does an average of those totals. It originally worked great, but the problem is Yahoo and MSN keep changing things and breaking backlink queries which throws out the averages.
