This makes me think about a post for help of how to embed video in his site.

Well, like I mentioned above use a webplayer or like me use a software to add a player on the video. I know Flash 8 can do that, but you need to make flahs video by yourself and it is dear. I use Moyea FLash Video MX Pro, this is good, it convert video to Flash and add a player on the video. Anyway there are many ways to embed video in webpage.
