Default Free Contact Email Form Creator

Free Contact Email Form Creator

Want to make a Contact form for your website without the fuss? We have put up a script that will do just that for you.

All you need to do is visit the link below, specify which details you want to appear on your contact form and click the Generate button. The script will produce all the code for you to create a fully functioning Contact Forum, no programming knowledge necessary.

All you need to do is Copy & Paste the code in to Notepad, then save it as contact.php and upload it to your website.

Add a link on your homepage to contact.php and when your visitor goes to the page, they will be presented with your contact form and the options you specified when creating it. They fill it out and hit "Submit" and you will receive their Email.. Simple as that.

It's also a good idea to create a results.php file, which will let them know their email has been sent and a link back to your homepage.

For a results.php page you can copy this simple one to Notepad, save it as results.php and upload it to the same folder as your contact.php file.
