RamDisk Plus by SuperSpeed.com - Fraud
SuperSpeed Software Inc are makers of a number of Windows software products such as RamDisk Plus and SuperSpeed SuperCache sold via their website at www.superspeed.com

They falsely promise with their software sales and licenses:

"There are no renewal or subscription fees. Updates within a major version are free. For example updating RamDisk Plus from version 11.5 to 11.8 is free. Upgrades to a new major version (e.g. version 11.x to 12.x) does incur an additional charge but at a discount from the usual full retail price."

And upon purchasing state:

"A license key is bound to the system's computer name. If you should ever need a license key for a different Computer Name then you will need to purchase another license. Your key and instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours during weekdays or Monday for weekend orders."

I purchased a license to their SuperSpeed RamDisk Plus software, and for the first time required a license renewal due to hardware upgrades.

All attempts to contact SuperSpeed.com via numerous emails and forms of contact such as all company emails in their website

Have all been ignored, and SuperSpeed Inc appears to be abandoned. SuperSpeed has engaged in fraudulent behavior by selling software and not adhering to their own licensing terms and ignoring all communication.

Their product now appears rebranded by Raxco Software as RamDisk Plus, contact with Raxco Software regarding this partnership and obtaining access to the product i have purchased have been told:

"If you have an issue with a SuperSpeed purchase, you must contact them. We have nothing to do with their purchases.

We do sell Ramdisk Plus in partner with Superspeed, but we cannot assist you with any issues regarding your purchase because it was not made through us.

Superspeed is responsible for your software as you purchased it through them."

So there is no support from SuperSpeed.com Inc for their RamDisk Plus and users who own a legitimately purchased license have lost access to their software as promised according to SuperSpeed's licensing agreement.

Buyer beware.

$80 for Super Speed RamDisk Plus is in itself a complete rip off, why you would buy it i dont know.

Take a look at SoftPerfect Ram Disk software. It's 100% free, and is better then the paid Super Speed RamDisk product. https://www.softperfect.com/products/ramdisk/

Raymond.cc done a benchmark review of many RamDisk's. Take a look at this:

SoftPerfect Ram Disk Free:

Super Speed RamDisk Plus:

As you can see the free SoftPerfect RamDisk completely smoked the paid SuperSpeed product in terms of speed, has a better feature set and is updated too. So there you go, download the SoftPerfect Free RamDisk and you are better off.

Ok just an update it's completely obvious now that SuperSpeed Software are a pack of scammers.

On 12th June 2015 i contacted them and it's now 29th June 2015 and there has been ZERO response from them regarding my purchase. So they have stolen from me, they have got my money for RamDisk Plus and i have got nothing to show for it.

I've emailed all the above emails and nothing, not even the decency of a reply.

Raxco software must be crazy for getting involved with shonks like this. It looks like SuperSpeed Software Inc are now just a patient litigation company, who are sitting on a few patents and make their money by filing legal action against other companies i see they have even been in legal action with Google.

So stay away from RamDisk Plus, and SuperCache there is no response once Super Speed get your money.

Admin THANKYOU so much! I have been using "SoftPerfect Ram Disk" software you mentioned for the last few days and it's BRILLIANT! It's actually better then RamDisk Plus and it's FREE! :D
