According to my opinion offsite optmization is best for SEO services because in the case of offsite optimization, we choose the link popularity of our site such as search engine submission, directory submission, article submission, one-way, three-way and reciprocal link exchange. This helps a site get popular rankings in search engine results.

You do realize that your attempts to optimize your Web site by building links will have far better chances of succeeding if your Web site's internal factors (such as using proper headings, conducting the proper keyword research and building a strong internal linking profile for instance) have been optimized to the hilt, right? And that no matter what you do off-site, if you still have a crap site it's not going to do any good whatsoever?

Besides, directory and article submissions are scraping the bottom of the monkey barrel as far as link building is concerned, artificial reciprocal linking schemes don't work anymore (such as using lists of links on a single page to get other sites to link to you by linking to them), and three way linking can (and likely is) seen as a way to launder PageRank the way the Mafia launders money.
