DMCA Template What is DMCA?
The term DMCA refers to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and a DMCA letter is a legal document used to inform various parties of Copyright or Digital Rights Infringements.
When filing a DMCA which is also known as a DMCA Takedown Notice, the party you are filing the DMCA with requires certain formats for it to be a legally binding document. The most common companies to file a DMCA complaint with are Google, Yahoo, MSN and well as an ISP or Web Hosting Provider.

We have also compiled DMCA templates to make things easier, all you need to do is download the template for the company you wish to file the DMCA with ie Google then fill in the blanks. Make sure to include as much evidence as possible regarding your ownership, which may be URL's, Screenshots, Times & Dates, and also Demand Removal of the offending material.
Also ensure you use the correct delivery method of either Fax, Registered Mail or Email.
