With regards to your website design i think it's good enough, it's good even with that vast amount of contents your pages loads fairly well.

if you mean, for your site to gain more traffic on search engines and appear on its primary page results. for a good SEO, you should start by submitting your site on the search engine directories...and these other stuff..

social bookmarking, online group submission, classified ads posting, article and blog

In terms of website design and loading your website is good. But your Title is obviously spammed with keywords. You should also consider on-page optimization on your website. Also I recommend that you promote your website. Link Building is an effective way to boost your rankings but it depends on who and what websites are you exchange linking to.
