Hmm I research your situation since I'm a blogger, I'm always experiencing a sudden decrease of traffic (but not my alexa rankings). I found an article about this http://www.amitbhawani.com/blog/reas...-traffic-down/ and here is an article for the solution of your problems http://mcvictor.com/traffic/

Hope this will help.

Hi seork, i assume you mean the web development site in your signature? I just had a quick look, all up you have done a pretty good job with valid code, friendly layout & URL's etc but i noticed 3 things that could be problematic.

I will start from the top, meta area...

Code:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/>
You have declared the charset 3 times on all your subpages i looked at, and 2 of those are different charsets so pick one and remove the other two.

Your Description & Keywords:

Code:
<meta name="Description" content="Professional web application development company Rightwaysolution provides web site application development, custom website development, ecommerce web application development services. Outsource web application development services for rapid web based application development."/>
<meta name="Keywords" content="Web application development, Custom website development, outsource web application development, ecommerce web application development, web based application development, web application development company, enterprise web application development"/>
Your homepage is "ok" but on your subpages they are getting pretty spammy, for instance on this page you have "Application Development" 11 times just in the Keywords & Description plus 2 more times in your Title taking it to 13 times in the <head> which is way too much.

Also in the meta area:

Quote:
<meta name="author" content="Rightway Solution" />
<meta name="owner" content="info[at]rightwaysolution.com" />
<meta name="distribution" content="global" />
<meta name="rating" content="general" />
<meta name="robots" content="index,follow" />
<meta name="robots" content="ALL" />
<meta name="revisit-after" content="2 days" />
<meta name="classification" content="Computer and Internet" />
I'd be inclined to just get rid of all that, for instance bots will index and follow everything anyway and you don't want to say don't come back for 2 days you want search spiders to come as often as they please. They also know the content is for a general audience by the keywords.

So none of that will help your rankings in the major engines, but if you mess it up then it "may" make things worse so i'd just remove it.

Next, the very first piece of content the engines see in the <body> is:

Quote:
<h1><a href="http://www.rightwaysolution.com/" title="Offshore Software Development Company - Rightway Solution , India"><img src="http://www.tareeinternet.com/forum/images/rightwaysolution-logo.gif" alt="PHP Software Development Company India Netherlands Denmark Web Application Development india Belgium Ruby on Rails web Programmer php mysql Adobe Flex AIR software developers UK development USA, Java J2EE UK, X-Cart Zen Cart ecommerce website Canada, RoR Sweden, Joomla Drupal programming Norway, offshore development Ireland developer Denmark php Netherlands, Greece, France, RIA applications development Germany, UAE, ASP.NET website Development Australia, Europe" title="Offshore Software Development Company - Rightway Solution , India" border="0"/></a><img src="http://www.tareeinternet.com/forum/images/slogan.gif" alt="Trusted Web Development India" class="slogan"/></h1>
Way way too much to all be contained in a <h1> tag, plus way too much in the alt="" attribute. This is what Google see's stuffed behind your logo on every page in the H1 and Alt:

Please click this link to see it without CSS styling which shows how bad it really is. As you can see, way to much to include in my screenshot.

That is probably your single biggest problem, that needs to be fixed ASAP.

The other "slight" issue is you have about 30 links in your footer, there's been some evidence too many footer links like that can be associated with an algorithmic -30 penalty.. Especially if it's combined with other spammy things such as your H1/Alt and Meta spam issues.

8 of those links are Social Bookmarking buttons, realistically how many people are going to social bookmark your company's pages? Probably none, not because your site is bad or anything but generally people bookmark a cool blog post instead of a company's sales page.

It doesn't seem worthwhile "wasting" 8 external footer links on them, but if you really do want to keep them i'd look at using http://addthis.com which will do the same thing but with a single line of .js instead of 8 separate external links.

Anyhow that's my 15 minute lunch break SEO analysis, there's other things but these are the notable ones to seriously consider looking at.

Although finding the problems only took about 5 minutes with the tools i have, writing it up explaining to him what the problem was took the longest.
