Hi,

For forum sites i think you have to keep searching on google.That will be the only good option.
As forum sites keep on changing their rules from time to time to prevent spamming and increase there PR. so database of forum sites wouldn't be much beneficial.

People often go to high PR and dofollow websites and spam it with links to their site. That's why forums kept implementing rules and making links nofollow to lessen spamming.
