Web feeds have some advantages compared to receiving frequently published content via an email:

Also useful in the forums because your latest blog post title will be displayed next to your user name in forums that have this function

RSS is the page page that detects and updates any changes made to a website or a web page. Search spiders most frequently crawls these feeds for updates made in the website.


And RSS would be very useful for SEO purpose. An RSS feed will consist of all new posts or links or content updates. If a single RSS feed is promoted, we can expect the promotion of the content its too.

Hi,

RSS feed could be a great resource to promote your blog and If you are a blogger, I would suggest to put rss subscription forum at end of each post. If you use a small subscription form below each of your post, this can encourage the reader to subscribe if he liked your blog or article! No need for him to search for a link to subscribe.
