My opinion in putting a your keyword on the name box, It looks too spammy. Sorry to say. More webmaster will agree with me if you know what I mean.

Because from the blog number of visitors can come to visit your site so from that you can increase the number of visitors...
It depends if that link you provided got approved and be live. It also depends on the visitors that click the link that you submitted, if
they click it.

Blog commenting nowadays can be rough at the ends. Some webmasters can nofollow your link if it looks spammy. If you want to have good quality links, you should also provide good quality answers.
