My few web pages are underconstruction and i have started seo for my site, Can i get rank or should i complete my web first??

You don't want Google to see your half built page and make opinion about you website ,do u?

Before the google serps or any other serps comes to your website you need to present a good picture to them, i hope you got my point.

You should complete your website first then you have to Launch it then you will start ite SEO ship with good quality content and you have to be asure that there will be no broken link of your web site.
