Can any one tell me what is image optimisation and how can we do it.....because i have adde some images to my site that r very important to me but it makes harder to load quickly....please help me...

The only way to optimized image is to put alt attribute and title tag on image.

Put an attribute to your image tags like alt tag, title tag and etc...
