Protect me from Virus

Hi,
I am facing one problem.I have uploaded new generated sites on Server. Virus is automatically uploaded with all sites and now its giving virus protection message. I dont know how it happened??
Can anyone suggest me what should i do now.Please help me as soon as possible

In your index page you have code in your footer:

This is pulling in an Iframe from Traffurl.ru and trying to insert malicious code in peoples browser. So you need to delete this from your Index page, also change your FTP and cPanel passwords. There's a strong chance this has effected other pages in your site also, so i would download all your files, and search through them with a text editor and upload fresh unaltered copies.
